Mirjana Dragojlović graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Belgrade in 1999. She began her career in the audit firm Deloitte, where she spent three years working on projects to audit financial reports of companies and banks in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Montenegro. She has more than 12 years of banking experience gained in ProCredit Bank in Serbia, and Marfin Bank a.d. Belgrade.
Since 2006 she has been in the position of higher management in the field of finance and managing risks with focus on improving the financial efficiency of the institution, implementing strategic planning, defining the optimal financial structure, and communicating with creditors. Mirjana is in charge of managing the processes in a bank that includes: budgeting and planning, financial controlling, statutory financial reporting in accordance with IFRS, tax optimization, reporting for business decision making, product profitability, IT sector relations, capital management, and optimization.
Mirjana also has knowledge in the area of risk management, which includes portfolio management, classification of risk assets, value and provisioning policy, market risk management, and operational risk.
She participated in a numerous internal and external educational programs in the field of accounting, finance, and risk management. She was also engaged as an internal bank manager for areas related to finance and risk management.
