Jovana Kapisoda graduated management from the University of “Braca Karic” in 2005. She passed two levels of CFA and she is licensed portfolio manager on behalf of Commission for Valued Papers of Republic of Serbia. Since 2005 she has been working in financial sector and today she has more than 10 years of experience in risk management. Her career started in Raiffeisen Bank Belgrade, where she took over the position of manager within SME Risks as the youngest person appointed as a manager at that moment . She built the first reporting system and wrote the first credit policy in the bank for the SME segment.
After a short career in a position of portfolio manager of the HoV market, she continues in the Vojvodina Bank (NBG Group), being in charge of portfolio management department, in which jurisdiction were managing of portfolio, fraud prevention, scoring development and process management, policies and procedures.
Since 2011, she has been working in Hypo Alpe Adria Belgrade (Addiko), where she, being in a position of Director of the Retail Sector, formed retail risks, established a complete internal regulation of the bank for the population, agro and SME segment, built up the team. She actively participated in the successful re-privatization of Hypo Bank.
