Snežana Doder is graduated Banking and Finance manager. She has ten years of working experience in a position of financial director in multinational companies (since 2011 she was employed by OMV doo, Serbia, as a financial director).

Main areas of expertise are financial management, analysis and reporting in companies, planning and management of liquidity, development and implementation of methodologies, etc. She has gained ten years of academic work experience as an assistant in Banking and International Business Finance, for full-time students, English division and employees at the Faculty of Management of the Alfa University, and occasionally as a visiting lecturer at the Belgrade Banking Academy.

She was independently engaged in various projects, in the area of ​​improvement of work in finance, implementation of various software, conceptual solutions related to the methods of financial reporting, and monitoring the work of the companies in which she had worked.

She independently produced final accounts and tax balance sheets, with all related reports. She has held a number of training courses in the field of finance and accounting. As a consultant-expert for corporate finance, she participated in the implementation of the USAID Project for Better Business Conditions titled “The Role of a Good Accountant in Facilitating Credit Access for Small and Medium Enterprises”.

As well as domestic and international training and meetings in the field of creating business strategy, financial planning and analysis, development of financial markets, tax consulting and more.
