She is a consultant with significant knowledge of the best HR practices and their optimization and application on various local markets and different organizational systems, experienced in work/negotiation with Unions with excellent analytical, appraisal and planning skills as well as, document preparation skills with the ability to analyze and evaluate facts and prepare concise reports.
Before she has gained international experience (in Myanmar) Tijana was the HR Manager at Continental (Kolubara Univerzal factory in Veliki Crljeni), and before that in Deloitte, Serbia.
