A small group of selected participants worked hard on practical examples of companies from various activities, exchanging their previous practical experience gave great contribution to the training.
On the other hand, the lecturer presented his own practical experience, performance parameters of the companies from various branches of the business and based on them they were making conclusions.
Given that the group was smaller, it was possible to work on the basis of the workshop and thus increase the level of interactivity of all participants, which additionally contributed to the quality of training.
